Delete your MIMO account

Use this page to request deletion of your MIMO account and associated personal data without logging in to the app.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. We may contact you to verify account ownership before completing your request.

How it works

  • Submit the form below with your account details.
  • Our team reviews the request and may ask for identity verification.
  • After validation, we process account deletion according to our retention and legal obligations.

What will be deleted

  • Your account profile and access credentials.
  • Favorites, notification preferences, drafts, reviews, and other non-essential in-app records.
  • Personal data linked to your account when there is no legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud, or dispute retention requirement.

What may be retained

  • Transaction and financial records (for example purchases, payments, refunds, invoices, and dispute evidence) required by law.
  • Security and anti-fraud records, including mandatory application access logs where applicable (for example, Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15).
  • Minimum data needed for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, audit, or rights-defense obligations, as allowed by LGPD art. 16.

How long it takes

  • Initial triage response: within 7 business days.
  • Final deletion: follows our current policy with a 30-day grace period before permanent removal.
  • If ownership verification is needed, completion time can extend accordingly.
